Description: Coriander oil is distilled from the seeds. It has a spicy, sweet and fragrant aroma. Coriander seeds were found in the Egyptian tomb of Ramses II. The scent is helpful in relieving headaches and is said to help stimulate memory and creativity.
The essential oil contains linalool, declaldehyde, borneol, geraniol, carvone, anethole, among others.
Some aromatherapy uses are for: relieving muscular aches and pains, increasing circulation, for colds, flu and rheumatism, anorexia, nausea, for help with sleep and nervous exhaustion. Use in moderation and avoid if you have fibrosis or breast cancer.
